Project Management

The team at Blue Ocean Marine acts as project managers for vessel modifications, refits, electrical conversions, compliance and imports. Our brief is to ensure we get you the best result at the most competitive price. We know who to use, we source at industry rates and OEM prices and control how things are done along the way. Third party invoices will be discussed and approved and budgets and schedules can be preset to ensure working within chosen parameters.

There is no padding of invoices or hidden fees. Once the project is finished we will bill you for 10% of the project cost. We can guarantee we will save you more than that.
